Pierce Brosnan, unrecognizable at 70 years old in his last role

For years he was one of the most sought-after leading men in cinema, and provided a sophisticated and distinguished profile to James Bond prior to that of the more earthly Daniel Craig. Pierce Brosnan is still ssynonymous with elegance.

For this reason, the 70-year-old Irish actor has surprised his fans with his unrecognizable look on the set of the latest film in which he participates, which its titled Giant.

It is a biopic about Naseem Hameda British boxer of Yemeni origin who was world featherweight champion in the 90s and who is a legend in the United Kingdom.

Pierce Brosnan plays Brendan Inglewho was Hamed’s coach, and to do so, the Irish actor moves away from his traditional image, pristine and in a suit.

In some images released by the Daily Mail Brosnan is seen sporting a (prosthetic) bald head that ages him, as well as an improbable outfit with track jacket and sports t-shirt.

The film is being executive produced by Sylvester Stallone and written and directed by Rowan Athale, while Amir El-Masry, 33, takes on the role of Naseem Hamed.
