After constant travel, rehearsals and many shows, Ricky Martin He took advantage of a quiet moment on his tour to rest with his children, Matteo and Valentino. But far from staying at home, the artist chose to spend a few days in an exotic destination, Japan. At the same time, the musician shared through his social networks emotional photos with your little ones.
Since his arrival in Tokyo, the music figure sought to visit different places. Accompanied by his family he experienced the best of gastronomy, architecture, history and tours of the city. Thus, the first image that the interpreter of “María” published on his Instagram was in front of a food establishment. “We are hungry, looking for something to eat,” Ricky wrote along with a desire emoji. In the image you can see the two young people posing, while his father is crouching looking at his cell phone.
Then, on another of the singer’s walks, the family visited the renowned Meiji Shrine, located in the Shibuya district. Under a cloudy sky, and surrounded by giant trees, the artist posed with glasses and a green sweatshirt at the entrance of the place. Behind him, a ‘tori’ welcomed him.
In line with the most tourist places in Japan, the musician also traveled to see the Mount Fuji, one of the symbols of Japan. It is the highest peak on the island of Honshu and in the entire country with 3776 meters of altitude. After that visit, the artist shared postcards from the place on his social networks. Between games and laughter, Ricky and his children had an emotional moment. In addition, they enjoyed the flowering season of the sakuras (cherry trees), one of the typical flowers of the island.
Beyond the most touristic spots, the singer’s trip also included a visit to the immersive digital art museum, Teamlabs. Between light and sound effects, the performer of “La mordidita” had a fun time and interacted with each proposal in the place. For the artist, the tour of the renowned place was a return to his childhood, a feeling that he reaffirmed with the publication in which he wrote: “Being a boy with boys”.
Finally, in one of his most recent publications, Ricky Martin showed the experience he had with Matteo and Valentino. The musician was encouraged to be a samurai for a day. Through a black and white video, the “Vente pa’ ca” singer wore the typical clothes of the ancient warriors and even used the classic saber. Accompanied by his instructor, the artist cut a piece of wood in two.
This is not the first time Ricky has visited Japan. It even seems that this destination became one of the singer’s favorites since he usually visits it every time he finishes a tour, in 2016 he also visited it after concluding the One World Tour.
