The theme of this year’s Met Gala was The Garden of Time, inspired by a short story of the same name by English author JG Ballard, and dozens of stars walked the green carpet in clothing inspired by flower arrangements and gardens.
This annual celebration takes place every first Monday in May at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
The Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny was – along with Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez and Chris Hemsworth, among others – one of the participants in the most prestigious event in the world of fashion, organized by Anna Wintour, editor of Vogue magazine in the US.
The most famous celebrities in the world of entertainment were invited to use their imagination around the “dress code” from 2024: “The Garden of Time” and many of them took it literally.
Actors, singers and models armed themselves with flowers, petals, branches and leaves, while others played with the themes of time and history of the story.
