This time, the actor, diagnosed with cancer, specifically leukemia, has publicly shared the serious consequences he suffers as a result of the bone marrow transplant he underwent on May 28 at the City Of Hope Hospital in Los Angeles, California.
A key moment in the illness that also featured Yon, his brother, who has made this operation possible due to his status as a donor. “Lost mute, diarrhea, with a mouth sore, bone pain, headache, 6 days on oral feeding, producing saliva like for a silicone company, dry eyes. A special meeting
His wife and life partner, Martha Solazwhom he met on the filming of Afterclass, was the first to share the actor’s first diagnosis after the intervention. “Day 1. Sergio received the transplant throughout the night. Today he is stable, everything as expected. Thank you for so many messages of support. Our hearts are full of so much love and affection received. Thank you,” he wrote.
