In an emotional interview for the magazine Hello! Argentina, Alberto Cormillot spoke about the challenges and joys of being a father at 85 years old. In addition, the renowned nutritionist took the opportunity to respond subtly to Tamara Pettinato, who strongly criticized him for having a child at that age.

“At the time I was afraid that Estefanía would not be able to get pregnant. Today my fear is not being able to accompany Emilio in everything he needs, that at some point my body will not work,” she expressed, evidencing how his concerns have evolved over time.

Cormillot also addressed critical comments from Tamara, who felt that it was inappropriate for someone her age to bring children into the world. “For me it’s just an opinion. It is not a rule, it is not an order; It is an opinion, and nothing more,” she responded calmly, underlining her right to start a family.

Regarding the decision to have a child with his wife Estefanía, Cormillot shared: “In our case it was a joint desire that was born almost immediately. I think we had no choice but to have a child. “We were not going to separate.”

Cormillot also reflected on the impact of his recent fall that left him hospitalized for a few days. The doctor said this affected his ability to play and care for his son due to the pain. However, he made it clear that his priority is the quality of the time he spends with Emilio and that, for that reason, the pain takes a backseat.
