In an interview for the magazine Rolling Stonethe Colombian artist described her collaboration with Bizarre as a liberating experience. However, she admitted that it sparked a lot of controversy, including disagreements with his former manager.

“You don’t know how relieved I felt… And I also remember my manager at the time telling me: ‘Please change the lyrics,'” the artist commented.
