One of the most remembered characters of “The Ingalls family“was that of Willie Oleson, the brother of the evil Nellie Oleson. This character was played by Jonathan GilbertMelissa’s brother (i.e. Laura Ingalls).
What does Jonathan Gilbert look like today?
Gilbert He rose to fame for portraying Willie Oleson in “The Ingalls Family”, and entered that production because he was Melissa’s brother. Unfortunately, Jonathan did not want to pursue a career as an actor, instead he decided to study for a degree at university.
He currently works as a renowned expert and professor of traditional Chinese medicine. He further studied and trained at the Kitaido School of Movement in England, under the guidance of senior instructor Ken Waight.

Jonathan He also studied Shiatsu massage, a form of Japanese healing, and obtained his diploma from the British School of Oriental Movement and Therapy in 1988.

Additionally, in 2005 he opened the Gilbert Clinic in the Bethesda area, near Washington, D.C. The clinic combined Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine and psychotherapy using traditional Asian medical principles.
