In this way, the actor recalled one of the most important actions of her daughter, who is now 14 years old and that she is also heading as a worthy heir to the artistic side of her parents.
“Amelia goes to secondary school with dance, she is very stimulated by her sister and mother and always accompanies us everywhere. He sings beautifully, dances amazingly and acts well. With Gloria we accompany your artistic desire,” the actor told People Magazine when talking about the teenager who promises a career in the media with a strong training that is enhanced by family lineage.
“Last year he recorded a series. I still can’t say which one, but his character had some scenes. He’s doing his little thing, testing while he doesn’t have the need to work. She added it for a project and it didn’t stay because it was too big. Soon the four tests for this series arrived, and she stayed. It was all his merit,” revealed.
-Do you ask them how to handle themselves in the environment?
-Just enough. When this came up she asked us how we felt. For me it has to make its way.
-You already crossed paths professionally, how did the possibility of working together on the film arise? The junkyard?
-The producer told me that he wanted to add it. So I asked him to talk to Amelia about it and she ended up being interested. You saw her and she proposed things on the set as if she were a career actress. -How is that?
-Last year, at 13, she was a candidate for president of her school’s Student Center and lost by fifteen votes. Crazy. What worked against her was her age. She stands up to you in the debate. She is very present with her colleagues, she inspires me with pride.
-What do you learn from her?
-We have a great dialogue. It makes me rethink many things. Times have changed and it teaches me a lot. There are things about human functioning, hatred, naturalized violence that he does not understand. Nor that, despite what has been achieved, it is still difficult to be a woman.
