Mendoza adheres to the single national competition system for residences of Health in nursing, biochemistry and medicine. The deputy director of Human Talent of the Ministry of Health and Sports, Martín Altamirano, stated: “We are working so that the law passed in the Legislature is promulgated and regulated prior to the resident taking the position. The Ministry of Health is going to establish that they have to promote clinic medical, pediatrics, intensive care, emergency medicine and child and adolescent mental health.
