Or, how did he manage to hinder the restructuring project due to the lack of a technical study that confirmed which secretariats he was going to replace and which ones he was not going to touch? Gorky Muñoz – according to what Casagua himself told Neiva – left the Mayor’s Office in debt and with an unsustainable staff. Either it presents a serious and technical study, or there is no restructuring because the improvisation is over.
By the way, it is incredible that another of his projects that sought tax exemptions fell because the Secretary of the Treasury, Óscar Iván Leyva Bocanegra, in addition to the legal team, could never defend the initiative that has fallen due to legal defects in other regions of the country .
