Below is a quick and easy recipe to prepare soursop leaf tea or infusion to relieve different conditions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 10 or 15 fresh soursop leaves
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Preparation:

  • Boil the liter of soursop and when it reaches the boiling point, add the soursop leaves.
  • Let the water boil with the leaves for about 15 to 30 minutes.
  • When the water has reduced by half, strain the liquid into a cup and wait for it to cool.
  • Once the water is cold, add the lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey, these last two ingredients are optional.
  • Stir until all the ingredients are well integrated and drink the tea or infusion.
