As happened in previous years, Mayor Miguel Lunghi was reprimanded by the Provincial Court of Accounts, and his name appears on the list of the 135 mayors whose 2022 surrenders were published this morning (Monday) by the organization led by Federico Thea .
In the case of the mountain president, he incurred “non-compliance with legal and regulatory formalities.” In addition to Lunghi, the Director of Purchasing and Supplies and Head of the Contracting System, Leandro Federico Donato, were reprimanded, and the HTC issued two warning calls to the Secretary of Economy and Administration, Claudio Alberto BISET; to the Chief of Staff of Secretaries (N. of R: from then, today at the Plant), Oscar Alberto Teruggi; to the Secretary of Human Development and Habitat, Alejandra Elizabeth Marcieri; to the Secretary of Government, Miguel Ángel Lunghi (son); to the Secretary of Planning and Public Works, Luciano María Lafosse and to the Secretary of Productive Development and International Relations, María Marcela Petrantonio, always within the ruling 15/2024.
Regarding the Integrated Public Health System, the Court also approved the accountability but also failed to comply with legal and regulatory formalities.
In article 4, the HTC states: “to keep in suspense the ruling of this Honorable Court of Accounts on the matter discussed in the Second Considering Clause, Section e). Declare that the Mayor, Miguel Ángel LUNGHI; the President of the Integrated Health System Public, Matías Francisco TRINGLER and the Accountant of the Entity and Head of the Accounting System, Myrian Elizabeth RÍMOLI, affected by the reservations as particularly appropriate, should not be considered exempt from responsibility until this Organization makes a specific and definitive statement on the issue whose treatment is postponed”, already in ruling 16/2024.
