After the second examination ordered by the Justice on the body of Néstor Zoquini (the 32-year-old man found dead in a stream in Claromecó) which determined that the body had a bullet in the head, the lawyer for the victim’s family , José Bianconi, provided details of how a cause that shocks the region is progressing, after it was initially declared that he had died from drowning.

“The doctor who carries out these practices in Tres Arroyos was on leave and there was no one to replace her, that is why the work was carried out in Coronel Dorrego. When the report was presented, there was a good measure which was the filming and photographs of the expertise. We confronted the material and noticed that it was in conflict, that some steps had not been completed in the operation,” Bianconi stated.

And he stated: “From my experience of having witnessed other autopsies, in this case it was seen that four quite basic steps were not verified in the doctor’s activity. We brought this situation to the attention of the prosecutor, as affected individuals we are taking a step back. We ask that you call the medical examiner to a testimonial hearing to clarify some points.”

“This person, surnamed Sueldo, failed to provide clarification with his testimony. A clear example that has to do with everyday life: we all know that to turn on the light, we have to turn on the key, if it does not turn on, we go to the general key, if the same situation continues, we go to the street to see the situation. of the neighbors. “This person gave a rather weak point of view, giving some scientific explanation as to why he did not follow the logical sequence,” he considered, in another segment of the radio interview.

Asked about the material with which they could compare what was done, the lawyer summarized: “In the filming it was proven that it was not the usual steps. There was bleeding on Néstor’s face and the source of it was not sought. If one has no visible external injuries, there are three places where blood comes out: the ear, nose, and mouth. From there the fractures or the consequences of a gunshot can be concluded. He tried to explain that this came from a natural decomposition process in the water of a stream where he spent three or four days, which generated certain fluids that had an exit route and produced that effect.

“At this moment I would be inclined to think that it was a great mistake because one saw how the operation was carried out. In my case, without being an expert, I noticed that he missed the opportunity to do some very simple practices. I would think that if you are looking to cover up something, there are more effective methods than this. We got to where we got because he didn’t do what he should. To cover up, he could have done everything correctly so that the autopsy was not reviewed,” Bianconi highlighted.

However, he clarified that “the doctor has not yet been charged, I do not know if he had any consequences administratively. The autopsy was on Friday and we still haven’t contacted Sueldo. Faced with this situation, we proposed to the prosecutor that he submit the autopsy, photographs, recordings and testimonials to the Bahía Blanca technical team.”

“Dr. López, in a report, clarified some doubts and requested a new autopsy, so the body was exhumed and in a preliminary report he mentions the presence of the 22 caliber projectile in the skull, with an entry hole in the mouth, more precisely on the palate, without an exit hole,” emphasized the representative of the affected individual.

Likewise, he rejected some hypotheses: “I have no elements to believe that the incident is linked to drug trafficking. There is no element that speaks of Zoquini having had any substance in his possession, such as the version that is going around. If this investigation had firm evidence, they would have arrested him as happened with one of his friends in Claromecó, such is the case of Rossi.

“We have three hypotheses, that a third party produced the act and it would be a homicide, that a third party was an instigator or that Néstor made the decision and defined his suicide with his own hands. It is speculated that the weapon would be a carbine, the search continues and more technology has been incorporated, first with divers, then with aerial detectors, a magnet and then an underwater metal detector,” he detailed, averaging his radio testimony.

From a technical point of view, he analyzed that “casually, if the person is determined to commit the act, he positions the weapon vertically on some protuberance and that way he can reach the trigger and activate it. Preliminarily, they told us that there were samples of bone sockets that seemed to respond to friction from the projectile. That would help us know the direction or direction of the shot. In addition, it is confirmed that the cause of death is drowning, so we have to think that he fell into the water, at least, dying and that caused him to inhale the liquid and plankton found in the analysis.”

“From the first hours they had me, the family wants to try to determine what happened that day. It was very shocking not only for them, but also for the witnesses because she was a personable person, despite being someone who was reserved. For them, the situation that happened was unimaginable,” concluded Bianconi.
