The prominent academic and pediatrician specializing in respiratory diseases, Dr. Ignacio Sánchez, will give a lecture regarding his experience as a researcher, teacher and helmsman of one of the most prestigious medical schools in the country next Monday, June 17 in La Araucanía.

The field of medicine is in constant change and evolution, a process to which, from a training point of view, the different study houses that teach their discipline have had to know how to adapt over time. It is precisely this assertion that the Faculty of Medicine of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC) has been able to integrate into its academic seal since its foundation in 1929, becoming a national reference in the area today.

Along these lines, the Catholic University of Temuco has strengthened the creation and implementation of its new Medicine degree in a strategic alliance with the PUC, receiving its support in different areas. This collaboration is strengthened with the UCT Medicine Lecture Series 2024which will feature the presentation of different academic experts in different medical specialties.
