A woman died after falling from a third floor while she was doing physical activity. A bad step made her trip over a machine and she ended up falling into the void on her back.

Immediately after the impact, she was rushed to hospital with serious head injuries, but doctors’ efforts to keep her alive were in vain, as she finally died.
