On Friday, July 5, at 8 p.m., they will present at the Select Cinema from La Plata the documentary “A Retreating Tide“, directed by Marcelo Dolinsky.

“The documentary invites the viewer to take a revealing journey through the medicine of sacred plants, exploring in particular the medicinal use of Master Plants“explained the creators of the film.

With a special focus on the Wachuma Medicinethe documentary poses a provocative question: Is it possible to maintain the ceremonial and sacred in the use of undomesticated Master Plants?

Through testimonies, shocking images and deep reflections, the director Marcelo Dolinsky through the interviewees invites us to reflect on the role of these plants in our contemporary society and the care needed to avoid losing their spiritual and therapeutic essence.
