The plot of the play follows Amelia, who returns to her childhood town after the death of her father. She faces a scenario different from the one she remembered, except for the river, which invites her to confront her past and her identity. With this reexamination of her life, she raises questions about the value of our memories and past experiences. The text was written by four hands, but they also share the direction, and on stage they alternate playing the same character. The cast is completed William Prociuk, Mónica Raiola, Mariano Saborido and Débora Zanolli.

“What if the one we were existed? What if one day it comes to us? If chasing us so much is enough for us? What would we do with it? Would we recognize her? Would we hug her? Would we ignore it in order to continue being who we are?” are some of the questions that the work asks.

About working together, the Marull sisters previously said in an interview with infobae: We really like working together, and co-writing with her is beautiful because you always have someone who reads at the same time, understands what you are trying to convey, and contributes to you. We are completely focused on this, and everything was stopped for so long, that now “It’s good to take advantage of the time to do what you like, and we enjoy doing it together.”
