In this Saturday’s broadcast of Mirtha’s NightMirtha Legrand delved into the recent conviction for aggravated sexual abuse and six years in prison for the actor Juan Darthés by a Brazilian court.

“Was it a rape?” Mirtha asked the bone.

But what these two new judges are talking about now is a situation of statutory rape that has nothing to do with aggravated sexual abuse, as intended,” he replied.
It was then that journalist Franco Mercuriali, another guest on La Noche de Mirtha, stated that it is illegal to have sexual relations with a minor.
“On the one hand they say that, and on the other hand they say the opposite,” Burlando retorted.
And then he rounded off: “I prefer to be reserved, because in the trial it was not precisely said that there was a consensual relationship. Yes, it is true that it was commented that Juan had supposedly stated that, but that was not the case. At the trial it was not like that and he never personally said that to me. Otherwise, obviously I wouldn’t be talking about this topic.”
At another time, Burlando said that although Darthés was convicted. “there is still a lack” for the effective fulfillment of the sentence.
“There is a long journey. There is still an appeal that is in that same instance, where two more judges intervene. All this is in Brazil. The study does not intervene,” she clarified, and immediately revealed that he has permanent communication with Darthés and why he recommended that she settle in Brazil, the country of his birth.
“We recommended that in Brazil you would have justice that was a little less poisoned by influences,” he reviewed.
“You abandoned him later?” Legrand charged again.
“No, I didn’t abandon him. Normally I don’t abandon anyone,” said Burlando.
“I was present in many proceedings that were carried out prior to the verdict of the oral trial. I was present at some proceedings there, and he was acquitted. And now they are all the resources that are processed in Brazil. We cannot intervene there anymore. “I could actually revalidate my title there,” he concluded.
