The popular chef Gordon Ramsay has suffered a bicycle accident and has shared the consequences he has suffered with his followers on Instagram. The Briton has not suffered serious damage but he has had a major scare. “I’m lucky to be here”he explains on his social networks.

“I have a very important message for all parents. Wear your helmet! This week I had an accident while cycling in Connecticut. “I’m fine, I haven’t broken any bones or suffered any major injuries, but I look like a purple potato,” the chef narrates in a video.
