“Imagine, at this age falling in love is nice, it’s different, it’s different,” said Berla Lasala about her new romance. This week the 53-year-old actress surprised her Instagram followers by publishing a photograph of her with her boyfriend of two months, Cristián Vial. And this is what she told Zona de Estrellas:
“Nothing. What came out. I’m happy. I have a boyfriend. It’s something recent. We came from Buenos Aires and I posted a story, you see that when you travel you fall in love more, and it appeared on all the portals.
“It was funny. That’s it, I don’t have much more to say. He’s not from the world of show business or anything. He’s a person I’m getting to know and I’m very happy. Imagine, at this age falling in love is nice, it’s different, it’s different.”
This is the first partner that the former Top Chef contestant has, after the end of her marriage with Daniel Alcaino in January 2023, after 21 years of relationship. Berta also told how she and Cristián met in an interview for LUN:
«We crossed paths a couple of times, because he works there. Since I saw a familiar face – I thought I knew him from somewhere – one day I said hello. Afterwards, he got my phone number from a friend, who happened to know me.
«He is charming, generous, a sweetheart. When he told me he was the guy from Providencia, I knew right away who he was. I acted dumb, yes. I loved it. I found him to be the most romantic person in the world, very much like something out of a movie. It was all very nice.»
