Andrea Aguilera, former Colombian beauty queen and winner of titles such as Miss World Colombia, Miss Earth Fire and Miss Earth Colombia, seemed to be living a dream. At the age of 25, she met Fereidoun Khalifa Khalilian, a man who presented himself as an Arab prince.
For two years, Andrea led a life of luxury with the false prince: expensive cars, dinners in exclusive restaurants, concerts and meetings with important figures of Paisa society such as soldiers, businessmen and politicians.

Andrea’s illusion crumbled when, in June 2023, Fereidoun Khalifa Khalilian was captured in the United States. Not only was he not a member of Arab royalty, but it is apparently an American who is accused of attempted murder. The truth came to light thanks to a documentary filmmaker, Juan Esco, who investigated Khalilian’s life and revealed his deception.
Andrea, now 27 years old, felt deeply betrayed. He had believed in the love and lies of the false Arab prince for more than two years.

Andrea Aguilera is not just a former beauty queen. The Antioquian speaks Spanish, English and French, she is a journalist, television presenter and soprano at the Antioquia Conservatory of Music.
Fereidoun Khalifa Khalilian is currently in a US prison, facing serious charges.
