A new parade with a mafia message signed “Los Rosarinos” was found in the early hours of this Friday hanging from a bridge on Circunvalación Avenue near Melián, in the southern area. It is the second message they left in a week, since the first was on March 12 with a warning to Security Minister Patricia Bullrich. This new threat was directed at an official of the federal penitentiary service (SPF) in charge of high-profile prisoners and it was the head of the national portfolio herself, who confirmed the recipient in a post on her account on the social network Twitter (today ).
“I spoke by phone with those responsible [personal del Servicio Penitenciario Federal]. No one takes a step back. The investigation is in depth. Because whoever makes them, pays for them,” Bullrich tweeted in a kind of response to the message that was found hanging from a four-meter flag tied to the fabric of the Circunvalación pedestrian bridge near Melián.
The rag had its own name, whom they named as “inmate head.” The minister specified that he is an “operator of the “high risk” prisoner system.” This area is within the Comprehensive Management System for High Risk Persons Deprived of Liberty that seeks to “implement institutional strategies to confront, deter, dismantle and neutralize the actions of members of national and transnational criminal organizations, housed in the SPF, through the evaluation, classification and separation of homogeneous groups to manage the high individual risk they present,” they explained from Nación at the time of its creation.
Spokespersons for the case indicated that the discovery was made this Friday at 4:30 by the Tactical Action Police (PAT) personnel, who found it when they were patrolling in the vicinity. It was written in green paint and said after the proper name, “Head of Intern, we are going to kill any visitor from Buenos Aires. Atte: Los Rosarinos”.
It is the second parade with this signature, since last Friday a white sheet painted in red and black was found on the Circunvalación and Eva Perón bridge in the northwest area that said: “Patricia Bullrich, you put all the prisoners in the same pavilion, now we are going to bleed Rosario and Buenos Aires dry.”
The minister also responded to this affront through the same social network: “We are going to put them all in prison. “The joke is over.”
