This Friday, April 26, the Air-e company will carry out work to change poles and electrical networks from 7:30 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon, on Carrera 31 and Calle 69B, Olaya neighborhood in Barranquilla.

It will also carry out electrical work and installation of network elements on the Eastern circuit, so the company announced that in some rural sectors between Sabanagrande and Malambo Users will not have power while the work is carried out.

From 7:20 in the morning to 4:00 in the afternoon it will be at the Santa Sofia Citadel. While, from 6:50 am to 7:20 am and from 4:00 pm to 5:10 pm interruptions will occur in the rural area of ​​MalamboMalambito Urbanization, Vereda Tamarindo, Lima Foundations, the Malambo – Sabanagrande road and at the entrance to the municipality of Sabanagrande.

Starting this week, the Aire company enabled the video call service through its website, in order to streamline the processes with the users of Atlántico, La Guajira and Magdalena.

The service is available from Monday to Friday continuously. from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. According to the company, today between 600 and 1,000 services are carried out per month, with a projection of increasing to 1,500 services.

Through this means, agreements can be made payment, consultation of procedures and documents, damage reporting and management of requirements.

7. Please wait while one of the agents attends the video call. At the top you can see how many turns the person is waiting for.

Once the service is finished, click on the link to answer the satisfaction survey.
