In the last hours it was kidnapped soldier Noscue Largo Guiner Kevimbelonging to the Field Artillery Battalion No. 4 Colonel Jorge Eduardo Sánchez Rodríguez.
As reported by the National Army through a statement, a relative of the uniformed man reported that this received a call from a person who identified himself as a member of the Central General Staff of the FARC dissidents.
The individual told Noscue Largo Guiner Kevim that one of his brothers was kidnapped and summoned him to the Tacueyó sector, Cauca, where the soldier was intercepted by those who will be members of the illegal armed group.
The soldier, according to the Army, was kidnapped “while he was enjoying his operational rest cycle in the municipality of Toribío”.
Through its press release, the National Army rejected the fact and assured that “this action is a flagrant “violation of human rights and infringement of international humanitarian law”so complaints will be filed with the competent judicial authorities.
Likewise, the institution indicated that it sympathizes with the family of the uniformed man, to whom they will provide permanent psychosocial care.
