The Mendoza Tax Administration (ATM) informed that there is time until Tuesday April 30 to pay the second installment of the 2024 real estate tax. It can be obtained and paid through the “Download Boleto” and “Pay Online” buttons at www.atm.mendoza.gov.ar.
It is worth clarifying that the download and online payment of the ticket with the fee corresponding to each expiration will be enabled in the first days of the same month of expiration, both for the Real Estate Tax and for the Automotive Tax.
The taxpayer who does not have debt as of December 31, 2023 has a 10% discount included in the value of the tax and another additional 10%, if it was also up to date as of December 31, 2022.

How do I obtain the ticket corresponding to the second installment of the 2024 real estate tax?
Go to www.atm.mendoza.gov.ar.
Click on Download Ticket.
Select the Real Estate option.
Complete the fields and download the ticket.
How do I pay the second installment of the 2024 real estate tax online?
Go to www.atm.mendoza.gov.ar.
Click on Pay Online.
Select Payment by Card or VEP.
Complete the fields and generate the payment.
When will the tickets corresponding to the next asset maturities be available?
It should be noted that the tickets with the expiration dates of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth Real Estate installment and the second, third, fourth and fifth Automotive installment will be enabled on the first days of the month of each expiration.

How to cancel overdue installments?
The installments already due will be available on the same ticket corresponding to the second installment of the real estate tax, with the corresponding interest already applied, thus facilitating the way to cancel them without the need to process a payment plan for it.
