According to the information given by General Domingo Hernández Lárez, operational commander of the Fanb, the miners brought materials across the border to pray and destroy green areas. to carry out mining work.

During patrol work, the Fanb located in the “Mina Carro” sector, an area that was beginning to be degraded by illegal miners.

At the site they found two motorcycle pumps, 100 meters of hoses, a four-cylinder diesel engine, 100 meters of high-pressure hoses and 600 liters of fuel.
