Two motorcycles collide in Istanbul leaving one injured

This afternoon a collision between two motorcycles was reported on the Pan-American Highway, in the Istanbul Sector. The emergency call quickly mobilized medical assistance services, with the Mobile 3 GER ambulance.

The injured person was a 43-year-old man, he was the occupant of one of the motorcycles involved in the crash. Fortunately, upon paramedics’ arrival, he was walking around the scene and was conscious, alert, and oriented.

During the initial evaluation, he reported feeling whiplash without signs of focusing and denied having lost consciousness. However, she reported pain in her left hip, without instability or crepitus, as well as pain in one of her knees.

As a precaution and for a more detailed medical evaluation, he was transferred in the GER ambulance to the Presentation Clinic.

All drivers are urged to drive carefully and obey traffic rules to avoid these types of accidents.
