The progress of the works aimed at improving the quality of life of hundreds of Casanareños was reviewed.
Several pedestrian bridges, effective vehicle return systems, access to productive agricultural regions and the fulfillment of labor obligations, are part of the work table between the director of the National Infrastructure Agency, the communities, the departmental Government and the parliamentary sector from Casanare
This working group is established after reaching agreements between the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI), Francisco Ospina Ramírez, and the Concesionaria Vial del Oriente (Covioriente) to resolve pending payments to suppliers and workers of the Aguazul-Yopal highway, product of the intervention of Senator Sonia Bernal, of the Historical Pact, in which an agreement was reached to follow up on the execution of the complementary works of the Yopal-Villavicencio road corridor.
On this occasion, the progress of the works aimed at improving the quality of life of hundreds of Casanareños was reviewed, identifying the problems that arise in the execution of the works to find solutions and unblock them.
Among the most significant works were identified the Unión Charte, where a pedestrian bridge will be built, and at the El Guineo site, where the community requires a vehicular return and guarantee access to productive paths of the agricultural sector in the region.
For Yopal and the township of El Charte, the progress in studies and designs of the pedestrian bridge for access to the Gabriela Mistral Educational Institution, the construction of the new library and lighting improvements that will benefit the Flor Amarillo community were evaluated.
Finally, it was indicated that it is necessary to improve signage in this road corridor to reduce accidents and protect the life of the community.
