During the afternoon nap this Sunday, an ambulance entered the Rawson Hospital transporting Segundo Salvador Olivares, 65, who suffered serious head trauma as a result of a fall while pruning a tree at his son’s house, located in Villa del Sur. , in Chimbas.
According to judicial sources, Mr. Olivares was pruning the tree at a height of approximately two meters, while his son and daughter-in-law were inside the home. At one point, a loud crash was heard, and upon exiting it, Enzo Olivares found his father collapsed on the ground, with blood emanating from the back of his head.
Help was immediately requested, and both the police and an ambulance were summoned by residents of the area.
Once at Rawson Hospital, it was determined that Mr. Olivares’ health status is critical, and doctors are evaluating the possibility of undergoing surgery.
Testimonies were collected from neighbors and Mr. Olivares’ son to clarify the details of the incident.
