We are going to dignify the work of the employees of the Capital City Council, since they are the strength we have as a municipality. We will respect your rights. We cannot be omitted; On the contrary, we must look for ways to improve their working conditions,” said the candidate for mayor of the capital for the “We continue making history” coalition, Sonia Mendoza Díaz.
During a meeting with members of the Federation of State Service Workers Unions (FSTE), which brings together more than 50 unions, expressed and committed all their support and work in favor of the candidacy of Mendoza Díaz.
Likewise, Sonia Mendoza stated that one of the priority issues that requires immediate attention is public safety in the city, since no progress has been made, and on the contrary, setbacks have been observed. “We have few police officers, and we lack strategies and equipment. With this panorama, we cannot attend to what San Luis requires. The city cannot continue wasting time, because immediate actions and results are necessary.”
The candidate pointed out that lies no longer have a place in the mayor’s office and the people of Potosí deserve authorities who work tirelessly to make up for lost time and resolve inherited problems.
Finally, he promised to seek immediate support to make a new ISSSTE clinic a reality in the city. “We will look for the land and of course we would donate it, since coordination between the Federal, State and Municipal governments will be a reality.”
