Monitoring and intelligence work carried out jointly by personnel from the Special Services Section of the Santa Marta Metropolitan Police and the Magdalena Prosecutor’s Office, led to the capture of a worker identified as allegedly responsible for the crime of sexual acts with a minor under fourteen years.

He was identified by the authorities as Aldair Miyenis Padilla González, who was taken amidst strict security measures to the Immediate Reaction Unit of the Prosecutor’s Office where he was left at the disposal of a judicial office.
The arrest procedure was carried out in the area of Calle 6 and Carrera 5, the middle of a public road in the Pescaito neighborhood in the north of Santa Marta, when he was walking calmly.
The action against him was carried out in compliance with a current arrest warrant issued by the Municipal Promiscuous Court of Chibolo, Magdalena.
The information indicates that he had access to his ex-wife’s daughter, so a municipal criminal judge with guarantee control functions in Santa Marta sheltered him with a security measure consisting of a prison center.
