Police in the capital and in Cárdenas arrested three alleged drug sellers in the last 24 hours, managing to secure 39 doses of drugs.
One of the actions took place in the Industrial zone, where preventive police detected a 16-year-old young man, who was detained after securing five doses of the synthetic drug known as “crystal”, which he possibly sold individually.
Another incident occurred in the Jassos neighborhood, where the uniformed officers detained 18-year-old Francisco “N” after seizing 10 bags containing a green, dry herb with the physical characteristics of marijuana.
Finally, in the central area of the municipality of Cárdenas, agents managed to capture Horacio “N”, 26 years old. At the time of his arrest, 24 doses of the synthetic drug “crystal” were seized from him.
Thanks to special operations to inhibit this type of illicit activities, the preventive authorities proceeded to make the detained persons available to the State Attorney General’s Office, along with the seized drugs.
