“What we are looking for is for the kids to also have professional experience in a company, which is something highly required by students today, beyond the academic curriculum that they need to complete what it means to work in a company and gain that professional experience, not only in the technical issue but in everything that today’s work environment requires, which are soft skills,” the head of the provincial company’s Board of Directors assured Somos Uno.
The dean of the Regional Resistance Faculty of the UTN, Jorge de Pedro, also participated in the activity. Along these lines, the parties also addressed other issues: “Ecom wants to actively participate in research groups at the University, in generating innovation and giving students the possibility of dreaming in technology and that Ecom can accompany. For this reason, we assume the commitment to accompany research projects that the University has,” concluded Verga.
Also participating in the activity were Paula Borelli and Carolina Céspedes, from the Human Resources (HR) and Planning areas of the company Ecom Chaco SA.; and Carolina Orcola, for the UTN.
