In Concordia they are attentive to the Uruguay River.
On Tuesday afternoon, the river in Puerto Concordia maintained a height of 10.22 meters, while the Salto Grande lake reservoir was at 34.56 meters. Meanwhile, from the Salto Grande Hydrology area they reported that the maximum level until this Wednesday afternoon would not exceed 10.50 meters. It should be noted that in recent days many millimeters have fallen in the province of Corrientes.
On Monday afternoon, Mayor Francisco Azcué led a meeting in which they worked on the situation of the Uruguay River. The data that is handled is provided by the Hydrology area of the Salto Grande Dam, with whom permanent contact is maintained and what is happening in the region as well as in the upper basin of the river will be evaluated daily.
At the moment there are no evacuees and the community in general is requested not to circulate in the lower area of the Costanera throughout its entire route as well as not to fish in the sectors that are not authorized.
