Sexual abusers prosecuted in several municipalities of Huila

According to the authorities, the subjects would have committed their crimes against minors, several of them in their family circles..

Prosecutors from the Center for Comprehensive Attention to Victims of Sexual Abuse (CAIVAS) got guarantee control judges to impose security measures in prison against five men involved in sexual crimes, where four minors and a woman in Huila were victims.

The defendants were captured by the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) and the National Police.

In the first case, the Prosecutor’s Office prosecuted a 44-year-old man who had sexually abused the granddaughters of his permanent partner, two girls aged 4 and 7.

It is presumed that the accused took advantage of the moments when the girls were left in his care to sexually violate them.

The events investigated were recorded between November 2019 and August 2023 in Bogotá, Neiva and Baraya (Huila).

The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with the crimes of abusive sexual intercourse with a minor under 14 years of age, sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age and a violent sexual act, all aggravated.

Likewise, the Prosecutor’s Office charged Fabián Trujillo Caviedes with the crime of violent carnal access, because he apparently subjected a minor under 15 years of age to inappropriate touching on multiple occasions. Situation that would have occurred in the rural area of Garzón (Huila).

It is presumed that, through deception, the defendant offered food to the children to subject them to all types of sexual abuse.

On the other hand, a man who apparently sexually abused his two cousins, ages 7 and 8, was prosecuted for the crimes of abusive sexual contact with a minor under 14 years of age and sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age.

The events were recorded between January 2022 and February of this year in a rural area of the municipality of Colombia.

Another process is underway against William Castro Perdomo, 45, who apparently sexually abused a 17-year-old girl inside the public service bus he was driving.

The Prosecutor’s Office charged William Castro Perdomo with the crime of violent sexual act.

The events took place in December 2023 in Neiva (Huila). The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with the crime of violent sexual act.

Finally, the Prosecutor’s Office prosecuted José Daimer Pajoy Sánchez, 27, as allegedly responsible for having sexually abused a 22-year-old woman in a rural area of the municipality of Teruel (Huila).

To José Daimer Pajoy Sánchez, the Prosecutor’s Office charged the crimes of violent sexual act and intentional personal injury, both aggravated.

The events occurred in January 2023, when Pajoy Sánchez picked up the victim on his motorcycle, who had just finished his work day. But the man apparently diverted the route by taking his passenger to a wooded area where he allegedly sexually assaulted her after hitting her.

The Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendant with the crimes of violent sexual act and intentional personal injury, both aggravated.
