Precautionary measures
The community was asked to take extreme prevention measures
To prevent the mosquito’s life cycle from completing, it was recommended:

-Dispose of objects that are outdoors and in which water can accumulate (cans, bottles, tires, toys, etc.).
-Keep containers that are not in use upside down (buckets, jars, bins, pots and pots, among others).
-Clean water bowls and periodically renew water for pets
-Clean gutters that accumulate leaves and dirt so the water circulates and does not accumulate.
-Cut the grass or grasslands, thus avoiding part of the mosquito cycle and shelter
-Cover tanks, barrels or cisterns that accumulate water, you can even use mosquito netting.
-Place mosquito nets or wire mesh on doors and windows.
-Empty the air conditioning or rain drain collectors.
-Use repellent on exposed skin, renewing it as directed by the product. In children it must be applied by an adult and should not be used in children under 2 months.
-Put on clothing (preferably light colors) that covers the body as much as possible.
-Choose places with the presence of mosquito nets. Place tulle in cribs and strollers
-Use repellent tablets in the rooms.
-If you present symptoms such as high fever, general malaise, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, skin rash, you should consult the health center early without self-medicating.
