This Wednesday, Governor Maximiliano Pullaro will read his management report before the Legislative Assembly “on the general state of the Administration and advise the reforms or measures he deems appropriate”, in accordance with what is ordered by the provincial Constitution. It will coincide with the opening of the one hundred and forty-second regular period of sessions that both legislative chambers will launch.

“It will be a concrete message without anything bombastic”a close collaborator of Pullaro who is working on the preparation of the message and a day that, after the message, will also include a protocol greeting with union leaders and a lunch with the leaders of Unidos para Cambiar Santa Fe, told El Litoral.

The protocol of the event sent invitations to the national authorities but also to the governors of Córdoba, Martín Llaryora, and of Entre Ríos, Rogelio Frigerio, members of the Central Region. In addition to the provincial authorities, the Judiciary and intermediate entities, the Gray House invited all the mayors and communal presidents of the province to participate in the Assembly and a marked presence of Unidos leaders is expected to accompany the event from Plaza Italia. message.

As usual, each ministry delivered a summary of what was carried out in the first four months of management so that they integrate the message. “There will not be a summary area by area, but it will be by thematic axes,” Casa Gris told El Litoral. Governor Pullaro supervises the definition of the message together with secretaries Juan Cruz Cándido, Luis Persello and Julián Galdeano. The governor understands that he must give a concise message that is attended to and understood by the leadership and the population. “It should not last more than fifty minutes,” two spokespersons agreed. Of course, accompanied by the annex where the action of each area will be.

Pullaro spoke before the Legislative Assembly on December 11 after being sworn in as governor. There he outlined the axes of his mandate: more police on the streets and patrols; a more efficient Justice; urgent literacy plan and the elimination of non-repetition, and support for production and industry. From that moment there was also strong interaction with the Legislative Branch for the sanction of thirty laws, several of which were related to the issue of security and justice.

In the Legislature, details of the preparations for the Legislative Assembly, which has been convened for 11 a.m., are being finalized. Previously, each Chamber will hold its first meeting of the Ordinary period and both are scheduled for 10 a.m. Since last week, municipal staff worked in the pruning and cleaning of Plaza Italia and since yesterday they have already been working on placing the cameras for television and radio transmission based on the provincial channel.

“We are not calling for any mobilization but we know that many mayors and community presidents will arrive accompanied by neighbors,” said one of the organizers of the activity.

On the other hand, Pullaro after the Legislative Assembly will go to the Government House where he will receive union leaders who are being invited by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security to commemorate Workers’ Day.

Meanwhile, at noon Unidos of the La Capital department is organizing a meeting at the Rivadavia Juniors club, taking advantage of the presence in Santa Fe of the governor, ministers and officials.

Former leaders

Two of Pullaro’s predecessors will participate in the Legislative Assembly in their capacity as provincial deputies. These are the socialist Antonio Bonfatti (2011-2015) and the Justicialist Omar Perotti (2019-2023). Former vice-governor Alejandra Rodenas is also in the Lower House as a member of the body.

The justice system suspended the PRO inmates

The federal judge with electoral jurisdiction, Reinaldo Rodríguez, annulled the resolution of the Santa Fe PRO Electoral Board that maintained the call for internal elections with the closing of lists scheduled for this Tuesday. Furthermore, the magistrate’s decision orders the immediate compliance with resolution number 3 of the national Electoral Board of that political force.

Rodríguez’s resolution was known yesterday after noon at the request of the presentation of the affiliate Fernando Oldani sponsored by Manuel Stratta.

The internal electoral schedule in Santa Fe of the PRO set for this Tuesday the presentation of lists and there are two sectors that are fighting to preside over it: On the one hand, the continuity of Cristian Cunha with the support of Federico Angelini, and on the other the vice-governor Gisela Scaglia .

As El Litoral reported, the national Electoral Board suspended the internal elections citing irregularities in the convocation process, affiliations, etc. but the Provincial Board ratified the schedule. After a series of considerations, the decision was to “continue with the current electoral schedule.” Now, it was the electoral justice system that annulled it and, in principle, the decision was accepted by both parties.

This Monday, Vice Governor Scaglia and Cunha – Secretary of Cooperation of the province – held a long meeting alone seeking some principle of understanding to avoid internal conflict that could impact the Unidos alliance. From what those close to both leaders revealed, there was no understanding. In the early hours of the afternoon, Judge Rodríguez determined that there will be no inmates in the Santa Fe PRO, for now.

Legislators

The Legislative Assembly counts among its guests the 22 national legislators from Santa Fe. The presence of the three national senators is discounted: Carolina Losada, Eduardo Galaretto and Marcelo Lewandowsky. As for the 19 deputies, the presence of the majority of them will be subject to the time at which the so-called Base Law is voted in the National Congress.
