With practically all the units sold, Marchesini Desarrollos delivered Épica, a housing complex with corporate areas located at Recta Martinolli 8807, in the northern area of the city of Córdoba.
The developer headed by businessman Gastón Marchesini officially presented this complex that includes 36 apartments, 54 garages and four courtesy garages.
In addition, it includes a two-story corporate space, with 250 m2 and 330 m2 each, with its own garage and rooftop (terrace that can include its own bar or gastronomic space).
Épica is developed on a 5,500 m2 property and has a total of more than 7,300 m2 of total covered area, with a free area for common use of almost 4,000 m2.
The design of this residential and office complex includes spacious rooms, large windows with views of the mountains, large balconies with barbecue and a series of amenities such as top-of-the-line finishes and equipment, 24-hour security, heated outdoor pool, fitness center area. and SUM equipped.
