Positive balance of the marches in Cali and Cauca

This Wednesday, May 1, demonstrations were held for Workers’ Day, in addition to that of President Gustavo Petro, in the 32 departments of the country, where more than 100,000 Colombians came out to protest in a peaceful march according to the Police. National, in which I leave a positive balance.

While the President of the nation spoke from the Plaza de Bolívar, Vice President Francia Marquez, together with Minister Susana Muhamad, are in the city of Cali, supporting the demonstrations that are taking place in this city.

Likewise, it is reported that the demonstrations in the Cauca area are still continuing. Let us remember that in these parts more than seven thousand indigenous people from the Regional Indigenous Council are gathered on the Humilladero bridge, in order to support the National Government.

Demonstrations in all areas of the country are expected to end peacefully.
