Councilor of La Guajira was saved from being kidnapped: she escaped from the criminals

“He skillfully gets out of the car and runs, gets into the woods and flees. Fortunately, she was able to send her location via cell phone to a family member,” said Odacir Ospino Bermúdez, Secretary of the Government of Dibulla.
