This Thursday morning, Ulpiano Suarezmayor of the capital of Mendoza, reviewed the progress of the Patio Maristas works. This is a construction project for a shopping center on San Martín Avenue, where the Marist schoolbefore moving to Challao, opposite Dalvian.

The president was accompanied by the team from the Ministry of Urban Development and the person responsible for the construction of the so-called “Marist Courtyard“, Adrián Monteverdi, head of Constructora Monteverdi, together with the technical managers of the project.

“We have visited Marist Courtyard, a great project that will attract investments and commercial opportunities for the entire City. Located on Avenida San Martín and very close to Km 0, the new shopping center will include 1,100 underground parking spaces, numerous shops, a food court and cinemas, highlighting a strategic point for the province,” said Ulpiano Suarez.

According to official comments on the technical details of the construction, progress is being made in sections and about 3,500 cubic meters of concrete have been incorporated into the work and the total work would be approximately 10,000.

Ulpiano Suarez toured the work this Thursday.

During the tour, the community leader visited the different floors, which consist of spaces for garages on three underground levels and will have an approximate capacity of 1,100 spaces. They will also house commercial premises, about 23 in this first stage, with the construction of two more blocks planned in successive stages that contemplate a total of 150 premises in the building. The property consists of approximately more than 63,300 square meters and is located between San Martín, Don Bosco, Alem and Primitivo de la Reta streets.

“This project is strategic for the City of Mendoza and consists of the development of a shopping center that will have the aforementioned commercial premises and garages, as well as a food court and cinema. This will enhance, not only on a specific scale but on a country scale, to the entire downtown area of ​​the capital, generating new commercial opportunities and a new first-class hub,” they explained from the City.
