Pact for the transformation of Corinth
A great meeting was held between local communities, the municipal administration of Corinth and the Authority for the Transformation of the Regions (ART), with the purpose of updating the Municipal Pact for Regional Transformation. This event, framed within the Development Programs with a Territorial Approach (PDET), point 1.2 of the peace agreement, stood as a milestone on the path towards building reconciliation and peace in rural areas.
In a climate of hope and collaboration, the communities gathered to dream and agree on transformation processes that can lead to reconciliation and peace in the territory. A detailed assessment was made of the implementation of the PDET in the municipality, as well as the updating of the municipal vision towards the year 2033 and the review of the PDET initiatives, both in their current execution and in their projection for the next 5 years.
This meeting not only represented an opportunity to evaluate the progress achieved so far, but also to strengthen the links between communities and the entities in charge of promoting regional development. It constituted a significant step forward on the path towards a more prosperous and equitable future for all residents of the municipality.
On the other hand, the municipal administration is pleased to inform the community about the new members of the program for older adults. Those who appear on the list can go to the corresponding service point to make the respective payment. This is an important step to ensure the well-being of our seniors and recognize their invaluable contribution to society.
