THE FIRST NOTARY OF THE NOTARIAL CIRCLE OF SEVILLE- VALLE, – EMPLAZA
To all persons who consider themselves entitled to intervene, within TEN (10) DAYS following the publication of this Edict on the bulletin board of this Notary, within the process of Liquidation of the marital partnership and the Intestate and accumulated Succession of the deceased: EDGARDO CA TAÑO HOLGUIN, who was identified in life with citizenship card No. 2,642,521, who died on February 17, 2005 in this municipality of Seville, Valle and MELBA OSPINA DE CA TAÑO, who identified herself alive with citizenship card No. 29,800,652, died on February 8, 2022, in this municipality of Seville, Valle, Sevilla Valle being the place where he had his last domicile and main seat of his businesses, the procedure was accepted respective by means of Minute No. 004 on the twenty (20) day of the month of April of the year two thousand twenty-four (2,024), the publication of this Edict is ordered in a newspaper with wide national circulation and on a local radio station in compliance with the provisions in article 3 of Decree 902 of 1988, also ordering its posting in a visible place in the Notary’s Office for a period of ten (10) business days. This Edict is established today, Monday twenty-second (22) of the month of April of the year two thousand twenty-four (2024), being 8:00 am.
