A violent family brawl took place in Santa Lucía last Friday, in which a subject, identified as Rodrigo Gabriel Agüero Bravo, ended up detained. It all happened at night, after 11:30 p.m., when the accused argued with his brother, his mother, and his mother’s partner.
At that point, he began to hit his stepfather, which ended up in a brutal brawl between all the family members. This continued until she arrived at the Police personnel location.
The situation became complicated when the residents of the area began to attack the uniformed officers with stones. Given this, Agüero was immediately detained and transferred to the 29th Police Station, where he was placed at the disposal of the UFI Flagrancia for the crime of minor injuries aggravated by the relationship in the context of domestic violence.
For his part, the victim ended up at the UFI CAVIG, where he was approached by forensic doctors, who confirmed the injuries. For his part, the detainee’s brother refused to file the complaint.
Likewise, judicial sources indicated that they were not able to carry out the investigative tasks in the best way. Well, they could not take photographs at the site, since according to police personnel, the lot cannot be entered without putting people and vehicles at risk.
