During Monday night, a man was found dead inside his home, located in the Roma neighborhood of the city of Santa Fe.
The incident became known around 9 p.m. when a 38-year-old woman called the police because she could not open the door of a building where her ex-partner, a 42-year-old man, resides.
Strictly speaking, the woman explained that moments before she had received a message from her ex-partner where he told her that he was dying.
With the help of the uniformed officers, the woman entered the property and went to the upper floor where she found the man without vital signs.
According to what was learned, the body had a stab wound at the level of the chest. At the scene it was also observed that there was a mattress with blood stains.
It also emerged that the interior of the property was tidy, with no signs of violence in the openings and no belongings were missing. Therefore, what happened would be being investigated as a suspected suicide.
The Homicide prosecutor, Dr. Gioria, was informed of everything that happened, and ordered the intervention of the PDI Criminalistics experts.
