THE UNDERSIGNED NOTARY FOURTH OF THE CIRCLE OF TUNJA
CALLS all persons who consider themselves entitled to intervene in the notarial process of the settlement of the inheritance of the deceased EUSEBIO MEDINA RAMIREZ, who identified himself in life with citizenship card No. 1,160,797 issued in Tunja, who died in Tunja Boyacá on the twenty-first (21) of April of the year two thousand and nine (2009), and ENCARNACION MEDINA DE MEDINA, who was identified in life with citizenship card No. 23,296,149, died in Bogotá DC on the nineteenth (19 ) of January of the year two thousand twenty-four (2024), whose last domicile and principal place of business was the city of Tunja, within 10 days following the publication of this Edict in the newspaper.
Procedure ACCEPTED in this Notary by means of document No. 027 dated May 3 (03), 2024, in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of Decree 902 of 1988 and other corresponding regulations, orders the following:
Publish this edict in a newspaper with wide national circulation, on a local radio station and post it in a visible place in the Notary’s Office for a period of ten (10) business days.
This Edict is set today May 3 (03) of the year two thousand twenty-four (2024) at 8:00 am on the main billboard of this Notary Office.
