The statement by López’s defender came hours before the sworn statement that must be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office in the midst of the investigation being carried out for this corruption case.
He also specified that, until now, No document related to the collaboration matrix has been delivered to the Prosecutor’s Office.
“The president of the Republic, Dr. Gustavo Petro Urrego is not part of the collaboration matrix offered by our client, nor is his son, Dr. Nicolás Petro.. Therefore, it denies any rumor that may have been generated regarding this fact; we have not proposed, up to this point, any collaboration matrix,” Moreno stated.
He reiterated López’s intention to reveal to the country what happened with the contracts at the UNGRD.
