The governor urged social work workers to work “on ways to be faster, more agile and efficient.”

The work day was led by the president of IPROSS, Marcela Ávila and her leadership team, with a fundamental premise: to reaffirm the commitment to the institution, towards the members.

One of the firmest commitments in the medium term was to advance in the digital transformation of social work, seeking its modernization, which is why representatives from the Tekhne company and the IT management of IPROSS spoke.

At the opening ceremony, Weretilneck highlighted that “we have to produce a change, the challenge is to have a critical spirit, to see how we can change what is changeable, there are many things that we have to start doing, we cannot continue with the paper file yet. “The change that must be made is not possible if it is not with you as leaders in each of the delegations.”

He added that “we have to rethink the issue of medicines, not only because of the cost it represents, we have to perfect the audit and control systems, we have to take care of the money of our social work and take care of the members.”

In turn, Ávila carried out an analysis of the present of IPROSS and set the main goals in the short, medium and long term for the delegates of the 40 localities of the province that have representation from the institute, Bahía Blanca and the Federal Capital.

“We have to take advantage of the strength of having a delegation in each location to the maximum possible, we need delegations with greater decision-making power and you are going to be the fundamental pillars to put together our protocols, to decentralize, that is what is coming,” said Ávila. .

He added that “the current system of centralizing all decisions means that it takes a long time for the member to respond; the next thing to come is the assembly of the file cover in each delegation.”

In addition, the delegates themselves spoke about the daily work they do and their proposals to improve service to members.

Present were the vice president Ivana Porro, the Technical General Secretary, Facundo Villagra, the undersecretary of Legal Affairs, Guillermo Ceballos; the director of Human Resources, Rina Spina and Silvio Espada, from the delegations management.
