The governor Osvaldo Jaldo participated this morning in the vaccination campaign against Denguewhere this time it began with another essential sector, such as teachers and auxiliary personnel in the area.

The President attended the Enet N°4 Technical School (Bolivia 2200) together with the Minister of Health, Luis Medina Ruizyour Education peer, Susana Montaldowhere they were received by the director of the establishment, Manuel Romano. At the educational site, teachers and non-teachers from technical schools No. 3 and 5 were vaccinated, in addition to those who work at Enet 4.

Jaldo in his speech reassured the teachers that the provincial government has already committed the money for the acquisition of 200 thousand doses, emphasizing that the two doses required for inoculation will be completed.

“Today I wanted to accompany the teachers where we are giving this first vaccine as a result of this great decision that we have made not only to buy 200 thousand doses, one of the provinces that bought the most, but also to start with the sectors that provide essential services as it was with (the employees) of Siprosa, those who take care of us, assist us every time we have health problems, also those who are in charge of the great security of the province, such as the police officers and today with the Tucumán teaching staff,” he said.

Look after

In that sense, Jaldo said that he thanked the teachers “not only because they educate but also take care of our children and young people, because the school is the second home. The teacher not only addresses pedagogical issues but (also) listens to the problems that a child or young person may have acting as a father or mother, who do not dare to raise it at home,” he reflected.

The Governor once again reiterated that “we have 100 thousand vaccines, between (the workers of) the police, Siprosa and teaching we can administer 70 thousand vaccines and then we will continue through the other sectors of society and fill another quota that health and international protocols decide.”

Jaldo also assured that “We are going to continue what we have started to vaccinate as many Tucumans as possible” and “we must be prepared for next year so that all Tucumans are immunized.”

Historical

The head of the EP once again reiterated that this epidemic “is historic due to the number of cases but also due to the aggressiveness of the virus, which not only sickens but kills” and highlighted that “Argentina is surrounded by sister countries such as Bolivia, Brazil and Paraguay.” and they are having a bad time” with the cases of infections.

Finally, he assured that teachers in the private sector are also included in the first stage of vaccination. “We started with public sector teachers, who number 27,000, but it is also planned to vaccinate private teachers at this stage with the batch of 100,000 vaccines,” he concluded.
