The Attorney General’s Office accepted a new witness in the investigation against Olmedo Lopez and Sneyder Pinilla due to irregularities with the tank trucks in La Guajira.

The test was requested after the contractors of the company Impoamericana Roger SAS claim to have detailed and relevant information on the Payments carried out on the occasion of the contract for the purchase of the 40 tank cars for La Guajirawhich was signed by the Risk Management Unit.
The Public Ministry considered that the proof is forceful, relevant and useful, since López Rosero participated as a supplier in the process of selection, representing the company Luket SAS, which apparently would be related to the company Impoamericana Roger SAS, would award the contract: “for which his testimony could provide greater elements of judgment at the time of entering to evaluate the present disciplinary action”says the 4-page document from the control body.
